Aragula. Berries, chickpeas, broccoli oven bakes with Quinoa and split peas— son, daughter-in-law and daughter’s cooking in bulk for the week project!! A job well done!

Lentils ( pongal with millets) chickpea, avocado green salad, Kefir and a touch of lime pickle!! Active probiotics in all natural foods—- appreciate and enjoy!!

Vegetarian protein sources are abundant in fiber and immune boosting nutrients! 
  • Add whole beans chickpeas, black beans, and hemp plant protein to any salad or lentil powered dish, like Kichdi or Pongal! 
  • Swirl up your favorite dressing in some greek yogurt and have it as a dip or salad dressing
  • Steamed/ grilled tempeh and tofu can fill you up and has an added antioxidant punch! 
There’s a ton of ways for vegetarians to get protein in their diet, and I’m excited to share some of those recipes with you in the coming days and weeks!Make it your own and enjoy wholesomeness!
